Contribute to establishing international joint laboratory

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), Chouaib Doukkali University(UCD), and

Xi'an University of Technology (XUT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Marrakesh, Morocco, on 11 June 2026. This MOU aims to explore opportunities to establish the “China-Morocco Joint Laboratory for Low-Temperature Plasma Science and Sustainable Resource Utilization”, and has reached a preliminary understanding on the framework for further discussions.

Professor DU, the leader of the PlasMars group, signed the MOU on behalf of PolyU.
